LAST MINUTE ORDERS
Café Frank will make every effort to assist Clients with any late orders (anything less than 48hr notice). We request that the Client call us as soon as possible to discuss their options, and how we can best accommodate any last-minute requests. However, these cannot always be guaranteed.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Café Frank will always accommodate any changes to Client’s orders. However, we kindly request that all adjustments be submitted by 12pm the day prior to your scheduled delivery or pick up, via email. If amendments are needed on the day, we kindly ask that you call us to discuss what options we have available. Again, these cannot always be guaranteed.
ORDER DETAILS
All information provided to Café Frank Catering via email, phone, or the website, including items ordered, delivery address, delivery time, dates, and contact details, will be deemed correct unless otherwise notified. Orders placed through the shopping cart are considered correct and final. Any incorrect information that is not rectified within 24 hours of the delivery time may result in the Client being charged 100% of the original invoice.
PACKAGING, CROCKERY AND CUTLERY
Packed meals:
Compostable cutlery, serviettes, salt and pepper are included.
Compostable plates are available at an extra charge.
Shared platters:
Food is supplied in our wooden trays. A refundable deposit is charged for each platter.
Plates, knives, forks, and serving tongs or spoons can be hired on request.
High-quality compostable plates, knives and forks can be supplied at an extra cost.
We request that all compostable packaging is returned to us for composting with an accredited service provider.
ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Café Frank is willing to cater for most dietary requirements however our facility uses nuts, dairy, and meat products. We are not a Halal certified kitchen; however, our chickens are Halal.
DELIVERY
A flat delivery fee of R55 will be applied to CBD orders, and R75 for the rest of the City Bowl.
Further suburbs will be quoted on. Café Frank delivers between 7am and 3pm Monday - Friday. Deliveries outside of these hours will incur additional fees.
WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY ORDERS
Weekend & Public Holiday orders are available on request.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Clients must notify Café Frank immediately if a confirmation email is not received or if a confirmation email has been received but is incorrect. Any discrepancies that Café Frank has not been notified of prior to the delivery or cut-off times may result in the Client being charged the invoiced amount.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation charges apply when costs are incurred for food, labour and/or equipment hire. We understand that sometimes clients are forced to cancel or postpone orders due to circumstances beyond their control. We will always do our best to find a new home for cancellations and will work with you to minimise incurred costs as best we can.
PAYMENTS
Payment will be via EFT once delivery costs and packaging deposits have been calculated.
A 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments.
