Botswana bread (seed loaf)
4 cups nutty wheat
4 cups cake flour
1 cup digestive bran
1 cup wheatgerm
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
Sesame seeds
Flax seeds (linseeds)
2 packets instant yeast
1 liter warm water
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together
Mix wet and dry ingredients
Knead to form a dough
Transfer to an oiled tin and allow to rise to the rim
Sprinkle with oats and seeds (optional)
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
