Venue Hire

On occasion, Café Frank is available to hire for private events like cocktail parties.

We can host between the hours of 5-9pm Monday to Friday, or from 9am-5pm on Saturdays, for up to 40 guests.

We have a minimum spend of R10,000 which gives you private access to Café Frank, event staffing and can be spent on one of our catering offerings and our bar service throughout the function.

Thank you [first-name]! We will be in touch shortly on; [email]. In the mean time here are the Ins-and-Outs: CONFIRMATION We require venue hire confirmation 3 weeks’ prior to the date. Confirmation is an 80% deposit. CANCELLATION We acknowledge that cancellations sometimes cannot be avoided. We will liaise with clients in this event but please acknowledge that we incur labour, food and equipment hire costs for each event and these must be covered. DÉCOR We leave the décor up to the client, unless you request we supply this. Included in the venue hire is our café tables and chairs; white plates; cutlery and glasses. We have a limited selection of vases and glass Consol jars for use at no charge. We also have a wireless soundbar and you can supply your own playlist on your Bluetooth device. No confetti or glitter is allowed. ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Café Frank is willing to cater for most dietary requirements however our facility uses nuts, dairy and meat products. We are not a Halal certified kitchen however our chickens are Halal. BREAKAGES Although our shop is fairly indestructible, any breakages caused by the client or their guests, will be for the client’s account. BAR AND CORKAGE We are fully licensed and do not allow drinks to be bought in for events. You are welcome to request specific beverages for your event, which we will supply. The bar will operate on a cash basis unless otherwise agreed to.
